Located in the Maremma Toscana at the foot of the medieval hill town of Capalbio, 5 km from the WWF Nature Reserve of Lake Burano, 35 km from the thermal baths of Saturnia, just up the road from the Tarot Garden (monumental art work of Niki de Saint-Phalle), and 3 minutes' drive from the sea.

We offer accommodation in two independent air-conditioned apartments, each of which can sleep from 2 to 4 guests, just a short walk from our vineyards and olive groves. A large fully-equipped garden with veranda and barbecue. Bicycles available. We also have contacts with an excellent riding school just a few minutes' drive away.

For those interested in grape and olive growing, we are more than happy to demonstrate cultivation techniques.
